This cute bushy-tailed wood rat (aka pack rat) was happily collecting anything the guys left behind at night including a nice assortment of gloves to soften his nest in the crawl space. After the first re-location attempt failed, we moved him to a new home in open space a few miles away.

Jeff is having a good day now that the rat is gone!

The first of 5 Lutron lighting control panels has been installed in the middle mechanical room. All of the white low-voltage wires at the top still need to be connected to their terminals.

The team from Western States Fire Protection is making good progress installing the sprinkler lines.
