The main service panel (on the left) has been replaced.
The landscapers built some new retaining walls out of rock found on the property.

Marvin of Cut & Core drilled the holes which will receive the micropiles into the foundation in the au pair den.

A close-up view of the holes.

The temporary entry stairs.
The Ipe decking wood was delivered this week. The guys moved 12,000 lbs/4000 lineal ft/2000sq.ft. of wood from the diveway to the Great Room on a 99 degree day. A bit of sweat flowed. The wood is beautiful. To protect it from our dry climate, it will be sealed in the Great Room before installation.

The back deck off the office had to be completely rebuilt to replace the rotted out interior framing.

The east master deck with decking material removed. The framing is in good shape and will stay in place.
