The Ipe decking wood was delivered this week. The guys moved 12,000 lbs/4000 lineal ft/2000sq.ft. of wood from the diveway to the Great Room on a 99 degree day. A bit of sweat flowed. The wood is beautiful. To protect it from our dry climate, it will be sealed in the Great Room before installation.
