This week, remodel permit in hand, we started demolition work. The insulation has been bundled up ready to be recycled. We were planning on reusing it in the crawl space, but it doesn't make sense to keep moving it during construction.

The exterior stone and siding had to come down right away to allow for the new windows and patio doors to be framed in.
