The floating framing is ready to receive the Ipe decking on the Great Room deck.

The dining room and study decks are finished and look great.

Roy visited TLR & Associates job sites this week and came across this slab of stone from Telluride. It is very similar to the stone we are considering for the stairs and entry flooring but would come from Colorado rather than New York. The darker grey stone on top is a chunk of what will go on the exterior walls (in different size, obviously).

It's Pizza Friday and everybody is taking a well deserved lunch break "shortly after" noon (the delivery service is having a tough time understanding that construction crews need to eat at noon sharp.)

This was the week for the first concrete work.

Arc City installed tension support channels over the wall anchors in the den area to hold these anchors in place.

Or you could be roofing at the lofty heights of 19 Arrowleaf as Jeremy and Martin of Black Roofing Inc chose to do. These two are doing a fantastic job.

The Great Room deck has been water-proofed.

Ride 'em cowboy! The den micropiles are another logistical challenge. These will be anchored 30' into the bedrock and tightened by turnbolt. The new den window is visible in the back of the photo next to where the wall has been opened to let in light. It will also bring in lots of light when finished.

The entry work is completed.

Dusty and noisy!

This week's schedule included tree thinning and trimming. The crew from Blue River Forestry & Tree Care worked hard to spruce up the property.

The tree that grew through the roof was removed. The remaining hole in the roof will be patched next week.
