After a final busy week of the 19 Arrowleaf remodel, we were rewarded with a beautiful double rainbow yesterday.

Our extrodinary carpenters enjoy a beer to celebrate the end of the job - how can they possibly top this effort?

Our Devonian Stone saviours of Custom Stone Fabricators are finished as well.
Zane is fine-tuning the walnut handrails.

Finally it was time for Dave Neiger of Populus to return to test the house's performance/tightness with a blower test, a HERS requirement. Our baby passed with flying colors!

With the workers mostly out of the way, Colleen came to do her staging magic.

The experts' (Colleen, Leyla & Zach) consensus was the Billard light fixture had to go to keep this space functionally more neutral. Here the replacement fixture can be seen.

Tony is working on the first handrail top caps, a painstaking process but a beautiful result.

These pieces will be used on the billiard loft railing as Uwe is
demonstrating.

Not quite sure where this guy belongs.

Zane is working on the south-east stariway handrail.

The guardrails were painted this week and look sharp.

Arc City opened up the guardrail for us so the low voltage wires for the gate controls can be routed from the junction box to the gate.

Rick is prepping for the wire feed.

The landscapers put the finishing touches on the landscaping this week by adding some color to the planters, filling in the last retaining wall and cleanig up all of the walkways around the house.

The one car garage received its final paver treatment this week also.
