While inside the house the flooring installation and finishing was being completed, outside the landscaping took on a finished look as well this week.
It's looking good.
Zane is re-building and adding to the west deck bench.
Pratt Painting's crew returned to power wash the decks and give all exterior surfaces their final coat of varnish. The Ipe boards look beautiful.
Rick took down the wood guardrails this week .
There are a number of spots where the posts will need to be replaced.
Remnant BLack Mystic stone had to be moved to clear the entry plaza for installation of pavers. Some of this stone will be used for columns for the entry gate.
The inside Devonian stone installation is finished! Hurrah!
Kristen tiled the elevator shaft floor and mud room this week, the final 2 areas needing flooring.
The guys were busy whitewashing the oak floor this week.
The first 2 coats of finish are on all the wood flooring as well. So that the finish is absolutely perfect, the last coat will be the final work in the house.

All of the water table and sill stones have been installed and give the exterior a finished look. (The white protective layer on the window frame seen here will be removed soon)
