Apporaching the one year anniversary of construction, 19 Arrowleaf (the house on the rock) looks serene on this hazy, very windy day.
From a distance one would never guess the crazy level of activity and productivity that took place this week.
The huge shipment of flooring from Carlisle arrived and had to be unloaded and separated.
The beautiful boards are stored with separation between each plank to allow acclimatization, what a task that was.
Finally another shipment of larger exterior stone has arrived and TLR's crew set to work continuing the walls and replacing some of the smaller stones previously set.
Colorado Seamless Gutter began installing the gutters this week also.
Painting the soffits.
Pratt Painting's crew began prepping, priming and painting the beams.
On the right you can see the primed section. On the left the final black color looks very clean.
Some of the landscaping crew returned to complete the stairway connecting the new hot tub deck with the lower patio areas.
Among the deliveries were the wood stair treads and the kitchen cabinets from Genesis
Zane & Tony took on the task of installing the kitchen cabinets; 1st the uppers.
Tony & Zane, our carpenters "extrodinaire".
The AC units were delivered as well and the Blue Valley crew immediately began installation.
Chris is making up the subpanels. Who knows maybe some day the newest Webster family member, Baby Josie (born last week), will help her Daddy. Congratulations, Chris, Ali & Ben!
Jeff is installing receptacles.
The West Master bedroom tiling is almost finished. Rick is already grouting while Kristen installs tile on the mirror wall.
The West wing will now be off limits for a couple of days while the leveling layer and paint are being applied.
After such a busy week @ Arrowleaf, we needed a change of pace...
Project Manager Roy & cone head Dinah survived another week!

Today the C channel beams for the dining room windows were delivered and installation started.
Roy and Jeff worked hard to clear the driveway for all of the deliveries planned for the week.
Todd and friend came to help move the rest of the stone.
The underside of the decks was stained this week also.
